Shipping Clerk

Our client, a leading organization in the distribution and retail supply chain industry, is seeking a dedicated Shipping Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations team supporting logistics and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping Clerk

Location: Elloree, SC

Pay Range: $17.00

Shift: 7am - 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, Weekends will be scheduled in advance.

What's the Job?

• Prepare, process, and verify shipping documentation including bills of lading, manifests, and delivery records
• Coordinate and schedule outbound shipments with transportation teams and carriers
• Ensure order accuracy by matching products, quantities, and destinations before loading
• Maintain accurate records of shipments in warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Inspect outbound loads for proper labeling, pallet configuration, and compliance with company standards

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1–2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or shipping preferred
• Experience in a distribution center or grocery supply chain environment is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WMS systems)
