Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license
• Prior experience in educational or school-based settings preferred
• Strong communication and consultation skills

• Completion of fingerprinting and credentialing processes

Responsibilities:

• District-based position providing BCBA support via referrals to approximately 80 schools
• Work closely with the district office; fulfill varying needs as identified through established referral and help desk processes
• Engage in monthly consults with the Vanderbilt Triad program for data-driven feedback
• Contribute expertise to develop and implement effective behavioral interventions across multiple campuses
• Support school staff, students, and families, ensuring best practices and compliance at all times
• Full-time, 7.5-hour workdays (average school hours 8:00 am–3:30 pm), 35 hours per week
