Account Executive

Summary Responsible for driving omni-channel sales and executing strategic brand programs across accounts and platforms within a specified market. Establish and exceed sales and CRM benchmarks, coach and develop brand ambassadors, and protect the brand image. Lead recruitment, training, performance management and market-level initiatives to maximize revenue and client engagement. Responsibilities Develop and implement a market strategy to achieve and exceed omni sales goals, CRM targets, and market share objectives. Partner with regional leadership to prioritize initiatives, calendar-driven programs, and long-term behaviors to increase repeat purchases. Recruit, hire, train, and lead counter teams, freelancers, and market leads; create action plans to drive productivity and performance. Analyze sales performance and CRM data, track US roll-up worksheets, identify growth opportunities, and manage the T&E budget. Ensure brand standards at point of sale, oversee merchandising, event execution, and negotiate optimal counter placement and space. Requirements 5+ years of sales experience in cosmetics in roles such as Counter Manager, Boutique Manager, Department Manager, or Business Director. Prior people management experience leading a minimum of 10 team members; proven hiring, training, and development skills. Strong knowledge of beauty and fragrance brands and operating practices of multi-brand, department store, and specialty retailers. Ability to manage multiple account priorities, execute omni-channel marketing calendars, and use analytical metrics to drive action plans. Flexible schedule with required travel (overnight travel estimated up to 20-60% for some markets) and a valid driver’s license. #J-18808-Ljbffr
