Automotive Sales Consultant Location: Cable Dahmer Cadillac - 1151 W 104th St, Kansas City, MO 64114 Compensation: $3,400 monthly guaranteed (paid as a draw) + competitive commission structure and performance-based bonuses Full Time | Saturday Availability Required Cable Dahmer is hiring a Sales Consultant to join our growing automotive sales team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals with a background in sales, customer service, or other customer-facing roles who are looking to build a career within a fast-paced dealership environment. With steady customer traffic, inbound leads, and hands-on leadership support, this role offers the opportunity to develop your skills while building a strong and consistent income. Key Responsibilities Manage the full automotive sales process from initial customer interaction through vehicle delivery Provide a professional, consultative sales experience, understanding customer needs and guiding decisions Follow up with internet leads, phone inquiries, and showroom traffic in a timely and consistent manner Maintain and track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions within CRM systems Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals Work toward and achieve sales goals and performance expectations Qualifications Previous experience in sales, customer service, or customer-facing roles preferred Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, or other high-interaction environments are a strong fit Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Motivated to grow income and develop within a performance-based role Compensation & Earning Potential $3,400/month guaranteed income (paid as a draw) Competitive commission structure + performance-based bonuses Earning potential increases with performance, consistency, and sales volume Top performers have the opportunity to earn $100K+ annually Why Join Cable Dahmer Consistent sales opportunities and lead flow Supportive, hands-on leadership and training Opportunity for growth within automotive sales and the organization Established dealership group with strong reputation and stability EEO, including disability/vets Pay Range: $3,400 - $10,000 per month
