The Used Car Salesperson will greet and assist customers, understand their needs, and guide them through vehicle selection, test drives, and purchase options. Daily responsibilities include explaining vehicle features and history, discussing pricing and financing, preparing sales paperwork, and following up with potential and existing customers to support long-term relationships. The role also involves maintaining product knowledge, keeping the lot and showroom organized and presentable, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and deliver a positive customer experience.\nQualifications\n\n\n Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention.\n Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to engage with a diverse range of customers.\n Experience or strong interest in Automotive Sales and knowledge of used vehicle features and benefits.\n Basic understanding of sales processes, negotiation, and financing options.\n Ability to work on-site full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed.\n Proven reliability, professionalism, and a results-oriented mindset.\n Comfort using dealership systems, CRM tools, and standard office software.\n High school diploma or equivalent; prior automotive or retail sales experience is preferred but not required.\n
