Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, transfers, and mobility exercises

• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Monitor and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff

• Ensure a positive and respectful environment for residents, families, and staff

• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

• Work closely with licensed nurses to deliver top-notch care and support

Requirements

• Current STNA certification

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
