Ray Laethem Body Shop Technician
Ray Laethem is hiring body shop technicians to work in a friendly and professional work environment. We offer competitive pay plans and have plenty of work available. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, works well in a team environment, and is committed to delivering high quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
Job Duties:
- Perform collision repairs according to manufacturer and industry standards
- Repair and replace damaged body panels, frames, and components
- Conduct body filler, sanding, grinding, and metal finishing work
- Remove and reinstall vehicle parts and trim
- Maintain repair quality and meet production deadlines
- Work closely with estimators, painters, and management
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Must have previous experience as a body shop technician
- Knowledge of repair procedures, welding, and frame repair
- Have a valid driver's license, with a clean driving record
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
