Vice President of OperationsBehavioral Health Organization | Brooklyn, NY

We're seeking a visionary Vice President of Operations to help scale a growing behavioral health organization while creating the operational infrastructure that drives long-term success.

If you've implemented frameworks like EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) , built scalable operational processes, and enjoy transforming organizations into high-performing machines, we'd love to meet you.

Design and implement operational systems that improve efficiency, accountability, and scalability

Lead cross-functional teams across clinical, administrative, and operational departments

Establish and manage KPIs, scorecards, reporting structures, and performance metrics

Create organizational clarity through process development, documentation, and workflow optimization

Drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution

Partner closely with executive leadership to support company growth and expansion

Develop leadership teams and foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions proactively

Ensure operational excellence while maintaining a strong client and employee experience

Required:

• Senior operational leadership experience (Director, VP, COO, or similar)

• Experience implementing EOS or comparable operational frameworks

• Strong background in organizational design, systems development, and process optimization

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

• Experience leading teams through growth and change

Preferred:

• Behavioral Health, Healthcare, ABA, Mental Health, Autism Services, Human Services, or Multi-Site Healthcare experience

• Experience scaling organizations from growth stage to maturity

• Proven success building high-performance operational cultures

This isn't a maintenance role.

$225,000 base salary

Hybrid position based in Brooklyn, NY
