Weekday Cardiac Device Nurse - Outpatient EP Team

Multiple Openings Across the Greater Chicago Area (New Lenox, Naperville & Elgin) Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM We are actively hiring experienced Cardiac Device Nurses to join a highly respected outpatient cardiology team providing specialized care for patients with pacemakers, ICDs, loop recorders, and complex cardiac conditions. This is an excellent opportunity for nurses seeking a stable weekday schedule, strong physician collaboration, and a high level of autonomy in a specialized cardiac setting. Key Responsibilities Interrogate and program pacemakers, ICDs, and implantable cardiac devices Perform ECG rhythm interpretation and arrhythmia assessment Coordinate remote monitoring through Latitude, Carelink, Merlin, and Biotronik Provide patient education, wound assessments, and post‑operative care Collaborate closely with electrophysiology physicians and cardiac specialists Triage device‑related patient calls and support remote follow‑up care Maintain detailed clinical documentation and device records Required Experience RN with ASN or BSN required Minimum 2–3 years of direct cardiac device or cardiovascular experience required Must have hands‑on experience interrogating cardiac devices Experience in outpatient cardiology, EP lab, hospital cardiology testing, or cardiac device industry strongly preferred Strong ECG and arrhythmia interpretation skills required Preferred EPIC experience ACLS Certification Why Candidates Are Interested in This Opportunity High autonomy within your assigned region Collaborative environment with specialized cardiac physicians Opportunity to work in an advanced, patient‑focused cardiology setting Apply today to learn more about these openings in the Greater Chicago area . #J-18808-Ljbffr
