As a Macayo's server you will have a great impact on the guest's dining experience. You will work in a fast-paced, service-oriented atmosphere to provide each guest with an excellent experience. Welcome each guest with a friendly smile Provide a tour of Macayo's menu, highlighting our fresh homemade food Take pride in ensuring that all food served is hot (when applicable) fresh and accurate Maintain great service throught the guest's visit, providing timely order taking, refills, check fulfillment and ensuring cleanliness Ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest , assisting teammates in accomplishing this when necessary Do whatever it takes to make sure every guest leaves happy and willing to return and recommend Macayo's to all Requirements High School graduate or equivalent preferred Must be 18 years of age or older Valid Food Handler's Card required with 30 days of hire Prefer a minimum of one year of previous serving experience Ability to effectively communicate in English (verbal and written) Must have a courteous, friendly and professional demeanor Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time #J-18808-Ljbffr
