Quality Control Assistant Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous administrative assistant, office assistant, clerical, quality control, or manufacturing support experience preferred. Strong data entry skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to organize, maintain, and manage quality records, reports, and documentation. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and following established procedures. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing, production, or office environment. Experience supporting quality assurance, quality control, audits, or compliance documentation is preferred. Ability to remain seated and work at a computer for extended periods. Ability to occasionally lift and move materials weighing up to 20 pounds.
