Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to evaluate clients' mental health concerns, articulate clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions that address the unique needs of each client.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health episodes, ensuring safety and stability while empowering them toward recovery.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment documentation, adhering to established ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to create a holistic approach to client care.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, therapeutic options, and local resources while advocating for their rights and needs.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and trainings to stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) is required.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
