Stapp Interstate Toyota is a family-owned dealership that has been in business for 45 years. We are looking to expand our growing sales team! **Automotive sales experience is not required** The Sales Professional is responsible for directing the sales process from beginning to end and is compensated for selling new & used vehicles, the finance/lease contracting process, the selling of warranty/insurance products, and selling vehicle accessories. All of our Sales Associates have a great deal of responsibility as we do not have a separate Finance Department ; you are the only person to work with the customer (with the help of a very experienced sales management team). We offer a very competitive commission-basedpay plan. Paid Training Supportive Management Team Responsibilities Greet and guide customer as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process. Assist the customers to find a vehicle that meets their needs by using the current inventory information. Enhance the sales process by demonstrating the vehicles features on the lot. Assist customers in the completion of their sales applications. Assist management to increase sales by inspecting the lot’s vehicles daily, reporting any problems to management. Assist management in ensuring the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales. Present available F&A products Disclose customer paperwork in a compliant and ethical manner. Present available accessories Qualifications Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday Outgoing and friendly, especially while handling objections. Quality customer service skills and sales track record Strong interpersonal and communications, in-person and over the phone Persuasive and able to overcome customer objections during the sales process. Proficient in basic business math including percentages. Capable of learning and using Microsoft Office, accounting software, and proprietary sales programs Competitive, team oriented, modest yet confidant, does the right thing, and committed. Focuses on the customer’s needs to enhance dealership and personal sales. Any applicants must have a clean driving record that can be provided to HR prior to hiring.
