Associate Dentist Full-Time | PPO-Only Practice Location: Greensboro, NC Area Private Practice (Confidential)
A well-established, private dental practice in the Greensboro, NC area is seeking a full-time General Dentist to join the team. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a productive, well-run office with a strong patient base, supportive team, and long-term growth potential in a respected, non-corporate environment.
About the Role You'll join a patient-focused team known for its friendly, relationship-driven care. With two hygienists, two experienced dental assistants, and a dependable front office staff, the practice runs smoothly and is highly trusted in the community. The position is ideal for a dentist who enjoys working independently, values clinical autonomy, and thrives in a supportive team culture.
Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of general dentistry experience preferred
- Comfortable with a steady, solo schedule
- Strong interpersonal skills and patient rapport
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program
- Active (or eligible) North Carolina dental license
- Committed to high-quality, ethical care
Compensation & Benefits
- Guaranteed base salary starting near $200,000 (negotiable), paid monthly
- 33% adjusted production bonus, whichever is higher
- Negotiable sign-on bonus

- Optional partnership track available after 6 months
Practice & Schedule Highlights
- Schedule: MondayThursday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (4-day workweek)
- Team: 1 general dentist, 2 hygienists, 2 dental assistants, front desk staff
- Operatories: 1 doctor operatory + 2 hygiene operatories
- PPO-only no Medicaid or HMO
- Digital systems and paperless records
- Strong word-of-mouth referral base and excellent community reputation
