About Us

ChiChi is a breakfast startup on a mission to reinvent breakfast with chickpeas. We started ChiChi in a dorm room after realizing most "healthy" breakfast options were actually high in carbs and sugar but low in protein. So we rolled chickpeas into an oat shape and created the first oatmeal made from chickpeas.

Today we make high-protein, high-fiber breakfast products that are actually delicious, made with simple ingredients, and designed to keep people full. We're growing fast, and Colorado is one of our most important new markets.

Your Role

We're looking for an outgoing, energetic people-person to join the ChiChi team as a Brand Ambassador in Denver, Colorado.

You'll be the face of ChiChi in stores, sharing samples, telling our founder story, educating shoppers, and getting people excited about chickpeas for breakfast (trust us, people are very curious).

You'll be demoing at Sprouts Farmers Market, starting the first week of October when we launch. We're hiring across the Denver metro, including the city itself, the north and west suburbs (Westminster, Thornton, Arvada, Wheat Ridge, Lakewood), the south suburbs (Littleton, Englewood, Greenwood Village, Centennial, Lone Tree, Parker), and Aurora. Tell us where you're based and we'll build your schedule around the Sprouts stores closest to you, so you can often stack two or three demos into the same week without much driving.

If you love healthy food, talking to strangers, and helping people discover products they genuinely end up loving, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

• Host fun, in-person demos at Sprouts locations in your area
• Sample and sell ChiChi products in-store
• Share the ChiChi story and educate customers on why chickpeas beat oats
• Connect with shoppers, answer questions, and create an engaging brand experience
• Check our shelf placement, inventory and pricing while you're in store, and report back
• Submit a short demo recap after each shift (units sold, what shoppers said, photos)
• Help drive sales, increase brand awareness, and build excitement around ChiChi

Who You Are

• Outgoing, chatty, and genuinely excited to meet new people
• Passionate about health, wellness, or better-for-you food brands
• Comfortable talking to strangers and selling product
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organized
• Previous brand ambassador, retail, sales, or demo experience is a plus, but personality matters most
• Reliable transportation, and able to carry a demo kit which includes a folding table
• Comfortable standing for a 4-hour shift
• Available for 1 to 4 demos per week including weekends

Timeline, but can be flexible

• Virtual training with our founder: once hired
• Demo kit and product shipped to you: once hired
• First Sprouts demos: week of Sept 21
• Ongoing: 1 to 4 demos per week, 4 hours each, no set end date

Compensation

$25/hour for each 4-hour demo + bonus when you sell 30 units total during a demo.
