Role Description The CT/X-Ray Technologist is a full-time, on-site role located at Welia Health’s Mora, MN campus. This role is responsible for performing high-quality CT and diagnostic radiographic examinations in accordance with physician orders, department protocols, and regulatory standards. Day-to-day tasks include preparing patients and equipment for imaging procedures, verifying patient identity and exam requirements, positioning patients safely, operating CT and X-ray systems, and ensuring accurate image acquisition. The technologist will review images for diagnostic quality, collaborate closely with radiologists and other care team members, and document procedures in the electronic health record. Additional responsibilities include maintaining radiation safety practices, following infection control guidelines, supporting workflow in the imaging department, and assisting with training and mentoring of students as needed. Qualifications Demonstrated proficiency in CT imaging procedures and diagnostic X-ray techniques, including safe patient positioning and operation of imaging equipment. Strong knowledge of radiation safety principles, dose optimization, and adherence to regulatory and accrediting body standards. Ability to provide patient-centered care, including clear communication, comfort measures, and maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Competence in documenting procedures in electronic health records and collaborating effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other interdisciplinary team members. Graduation from an accredited Radiologic Technology program; current ARRT certification in Radiography (R) required, with CT (CT) certification or eligibility strongly preferred. Current state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Minnesota, along with current BLS certification. Prior experience as a CT/X-Ray Technologist in a hospital or clinic setting preferred; experience in rural or community health care enviroment Ability to work 3 - 12 hour shifts overnights 4 week block schedule includes some weekends and holiday rotation #J-18808-Ljbffr Welia Health
