Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Houston, Texas , serving students across various grade levels.

Key Requirements:

Must hold a Texas SLP license , or be actively in the process of obtaining licensure
Must hold an active ASHA (CCC-SLP) certification with the active state SLP license.
Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply - supervision will be provided

Role Overview:

Provide speech-language therapy services to students across multiple grade levels
Work within a collaborative campus-based team , typically alongside 2-3 SLPs per school
Support a shared caseload model designed to ensure balanced and manageable workloads
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and school leadership to support student success

What We Offer:

We are still in need of SLPs or CFs that are interested in working with us at the Elementary or High School level. We are looking for strong candidates with school experience (if possible) and an interest in fulfilling a year long contract with us. We are fully in person and do not offer hybrid opportunities. We offer extremely manageable caseloads with teams (more than one SLP) at elementary campuses.
We are also looking for experienced CCC-SLPs that are interested in just case management for 3 of our elementary campuses. Must be in person with supervision experience as well as experience in completing IEPs and evaluations.
