Join the management team at Continental Home Center and help lead a local store focused on customer service, employee development, operational excellence, and responsible business growth. Management team members help oversee the daily operation of a Continental Home Center location. Responsibilities may include: Leading, training, and supporting store employees Assisting customers with product selection, agreements, and account service Managing sales, deliveries, inventory, collections, and store performance Maintaining company standards for customer service and store appearance Reviewing daily reports and helping the store achieve performance goals Resolving customer concerns professionally and fairly Coordinating schedules, assignments, and employee development Working closely with regional leadership and other Continental locations Continental Home Center promotes from within whenever possible and provides structured training designed to prepare successful employees for greater responsibility and long-term career growth.
