Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for customers. Follow company guidelines, policies, and scripts to ensure consistency and compliance. Contribute to team performance goals by meeting service quality standards, handling a high volume of interactions, and helping optimize customer satisfaction. Qualifications Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stay calm and professional in fast-paced or high-volume environments. Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Basic computer literacy, including navigating systems, typing, or updating records. Dependable, punctual, and committed to teamwork. Prior customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience is helpful but not required—training is provided.
