The Emergency Services Director will oversee operations for a high-acuity Emergency Department within an established regional medical center. This fast-paced Emergency Room and Trauma Center serves a diverse patient population with a broad spectrum of emergent and trauma-related conditions, offering complex clinical exposure and strong collaboration with specialty consult services. As part of a Level III Trauma Center, the department demonstrates excellence in rapid response, stabilization, and coordinated transfer when needed, while maintaining exceptional patient flow and safety metrics. The Emergency Services Director will play a key role in advancing performance initiatives, optimizing throughput, and supporting evidence-based emergency care practices. Reporting to senior hospital leadership, the Emergency Services Director will provide strategic and operational oversight for nursing and ancillary teams within the Emergency Department. The Emergency Services Director will mentor charge nurses, collaborate closely with emergency physicians and advanced practice providers, and partner with pharmacy, respiratory therapy, case management, and trauma services to ensure seamless patient-centered care.
