Job Title: Registered Nurse (Full-time) Location: Silver Oaks Behavioral Hospital, New Lenox, IL 60452 Type: Full Time Shift: Day Salary Range: $35.00 – $45.00 hourly Responsibilities Actively engage in the health care team, offering both direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians. Assess the physical and psychological conditions of patients continuously throughout their care journey. Utilize the nursing process in alignment with the philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles of SOBH. Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in our core values. Collaborate as an integral member of the multidisciplinary treatment team, actively contributing to the development, implementation, and documentation of tailored goals and interventions based on patient strengths and psychiatric challenges. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Current license to practice by the Illinois State Board of Nursing. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility preferred. Must pass a medication administration exam before administering medications.
