Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor
Lakeland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily cleaning and maintenance operations of the nursing home to ensure a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors. This position supervises housekeeping and laundry staff, schedules and assigns duties, inspects work for quality and compliance with infection control standards, and ensures adherence to facility policies and regulatory requirements. The Housekeeping Supervisor also assists in staff training, inventory management, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and resident satisfaction.
