Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse - PCU/IMC/Stepdown to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced PCU/Stepdown environment.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond to changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications, including titration of vesicants and sedation.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as ventilators and IV pumps effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellence in patient outcomes.
• Float to different units as needed while maintaining patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of North Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU or related experience required.
• Proficient in telemetry, vents, and tracheotomy care.
• Experience with hemodynamics and PA catheter management.
• Ability to perform procedures like cardioversion and central line insertions.
• CCRN certification preferred but not mandatory.
