Occupational Therapist, OT

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a pediatric therapy team. This opportunity is ideal for a professional who is passionate about helping children improve their independence, functional abilities, and overall quality of life in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess functional abilities and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions. Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and goals. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to improve motor skills, daily living activities, sensory integration, and overall function. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, high-quality patient care. Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, home exercises, and strategies to support continued progress. Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough clinical documentation. Adapt treatment approaches as patients progress and clinical needs change. Qualifications Master\'s degree or clinical doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice. Experience working with pediatric patients is required. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic clinical environment. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Excellent written documentation and communication abilities. Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor with strong interpersonal skills. Previous occupational therapy experience is preferred but not required.
