Growth-Driven Performance Marketing Lead (Hybrid)

WHY Brands Inc., the parent of Munchkin, is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to drive lower-funnel initiatives across DTC and retail partners. You will own paid search, paid social, and video campaigns, and coordinate with creative, lifecycle, and retail teams to optimize ROAS and revenue. You will manage a high-velocity testing engine, leverage first-party data, and partner on TikTok Shop strategy while supporting major retailer campaigns with a data-driven approach. #J-18808-Ljbffr Munchkin
