Agentic AI Tools Engineer - Internal Acceleration
Etched
Etched is building hardware for frontier intelligence and operates in San Jose (Santana Row). This role embeds with our founders and the special projects team to create new agentic harnesses and operating systems for AI-native hardware workflows. You'll own problems end to end, working beyond a 9-5 schedule as part of a high-velocity startup. Candidates should have 1–5+ years shipping software, strong full-stack skills, and experience with LLM agents or AI tooling used by real users.
