DENTIST ANESTHESIOLOGIST - PART TIME

Blue Cloud is a leading pediatric ambulatory surgery center specializing in dental restorative and exodontia surgery for pediatric and special needs patients delivered under general anesthesia.

About You

You are a licensed Dentist Anesthesiologist with a passion for providing excellent care to your patients. You have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude, and you enjoy working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. You work well with the other members of your surgical team, and you desire to contribute to a strong culture where the entire team works together for the good of each patient.

Essential Functions

• Partner with the surgical team to provide safe, quality care for each patient.
• Treat approximately seven pediatric patients in a typical OR day.

Work Environment

This job operates in a medical facility where patient care equipment is present. Hazardous materials are also present. Exposure to patients' conditions, some unpleasant sights, smells and contagious diseases is possible.

Physical Demands

The job requires intermittent physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching as well as lifting and supporting patients. The position requires close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Required Education and Experience

• Experience working with pediatric patients.
• Appropriate licensing for state location.
• BLS certification.
• AHA or equivalent PALS certification required within 6 months of start date.

Preferred

• National Board certification strongly preferred.
• Comfort practicing in a wide range of anesthesia staffing models ranging from classic Anesthesia Care Team model to independent practice.
