Our diverse and experienced clinicians come from many educational and cultural backgrounds, but most importantly, the clinicians at ABA Squad share a unified vision of rallying ABA professional to make a positive impact on behavior.We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Board Certified Behavior Analyst to serve as a Clinical Supervisor for our program in Saint Louis, Missouri.ResponsibilitiesDisseminate information regarding ASD and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through training and presentationsConduct and participate in professional development trainingUphold professional and ethical standards, company and BACB standardsServe as the clinical supervisor for assigned cases, working with both the RBT/Behavior Therapist to ensure treatment is being implemented with high fidelityConduct caregiver training, collect interobserver reliability data, review client programs to analyze data, observe program implementation, and make necessary changes to the treatment programDiscuss observations/concerns of caregiversCollaborate with caregivers and other professionalConduct behavioral, developmental and functional-based assessmentsDevelop, oversee, and update client’s Behavior Support Plan (BSP)Maintain Continuing Education for BCBA requirementComply with state, local, and funding source standardsQualificationsMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related fieldLicensed in state of MissouriMinimum of two years of experience working in the field of applied behavior analysisCurrent BCBA certificate in good standingCompletion of 8 hours of supervisor training or pending completion of hoursValid driver’s license and personal auto insuranceAbility to operate computers, electronic devices, office machinery and other devices associated with clinical treatmentStrong communication skills, both written and oralTeam oriented attitudeAbility to multitaskAdaptability and eagerness to work in a changing environmentAble to work autonomously, as well as in a groupSelf-motivation, dependable, and strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsExperience conducting ABLLS and/or VB-MAPP, as well as writing behavior programsSupervisory experience, especially conducting performance evaluationsOther Benefits:Competitive salaryFlexible scheduleMedical, Dental, and VisionPaid time offPaid holidaysConference financial assistanceCertification financial assistanceIn-person and online trainingsCollaborative team environment
