Dental Hygienist (Welcoming Bonus!)

Job Summary Dental365 is a modern dental practice located at 7 Greenbrook Rd, Middlesex, NJ. We are hiring a Dental Hygienist to provide high‑quality patient care and support the practice’s mission. Working Hours Monday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (flexible) Tuesday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (flexible) Wednesday: off Thursday: off Friday: 7:00 am – 2:00 pm (every other) Saturday: 8:00 am – 2:00 pm (flexible) Must be available at least every other Saturday Responsibilities Provide concierge care with exceptional chairside manners and build trust with patients. Identify signs of periodontal disease or potential oral cancers to enhance overall oral health. Document and review detailed patient medical histories and chief complaints. Take x‑rays and intraoral images to aid in treatment planning and track progress. Perform oral hygiene procedures in accordance with treatment plans prescribed by the attending dentist. Handle emergency measures during patient treatment. Provide instructions for at‑home care and oral health maintenance. Qualifications Active Registered Dental Hygienist license. Current CPR (BLS) certification. Extensive knowledge of comprehensive dentistry, including hygiene procedures, patient screening, and documentation. Additional state‑required certifications or licenses as necessary. Benefits & Compensation Salary: $50–$55 per hour plus quarterly bonuses. 401(k) retirement plan with matching.
