Für unsere Corporate Legal & Compliance-Abteilung suchen wir eine engagierte Assistenz oder Paralegal in Teilzeit (30h/Woche) mit einem guten Verständnis für juristische Abläufe und einen Blick für Details. Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben zählen:* Aktive Unterstützung der Leitung Corporate Legal & Compliance in organisatorischen, administrativen, strategischen und operativen Belangen* Durchführung von Corporate Housekeeping- und Verwaltungsaufgaben im Gesellschaftsrecht* Organisation, Koordination und Vorbereitung von Workshops, Schulungen sowie Unterstützung bei Recherchen, Analysen und der Aufbereitung von Informationen, Daten und KPIs* Verwaltung und Pflege von Verträgen sowie Optimierung interner Ablagesysteme und Digitalisierung von Dokumenten* Vorbereitung von Dokumenten, Berichten, Präsentationen und Kommunikationsmaßnahmen im Bereich Recht & Compliance* Konzeptionelle Aufarbeitung rechtlicher Fragestellungen und Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen* Koordination von Compliance-Prozessen und -Schulungen sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Compliance-RichtlinienIn dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie mit sensiblen Informationen aus der gesamten WITTENSTEIN Gruppe und sorgen für einen professionellen und reibungslosen Ablauf im rechtlichen Tagesgeschäft.### Das bringen Sie mit* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r, Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder juristischen Bereich, abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung* Berufserfahrung im juristischen Umfeld (z.
