What You’ll Do Provide strategic and operational leadership for the cooperative. Lead broadband, voice, and streaming operations with a focus on exceptional member service. Partner with the Board of Directors to guide long-term strategy and financial success. Develop and inspire a talented team while strengthening relationships throughout the communities we serve. Executive or senior leadership experience in telecommunications, broadband, utilities, or a related industry. Strong business and financial acumen. A collaborative leadership style and experience working with governing boards. A passion for rural communities and cooperative values. Why LVCTA?
