About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at our Quality Rated facility in Peachtree City. As a valued member of our team, you will have access to childcare discounts, scholarships for paid certification, and higher pay for certification/degree.

What You'll Do- Establish a nurturing and engaging classroom environment that promotes children's cognitive, emotional, and social development.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our young students.
- Manage the daily routine, including meal times, rest periods, and play activities, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all children.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times by maintaining close supervision and adhering to all state licensing regulations.
- Build strong relationships with parents through regular communication, keeping them informed about their child's progress and daily experiences.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting classroom that reflects our commitment to quality care.
- Collaborate with colleagues to uphold the highest standards of care and adhere to our center's policies and procedures.
- CPR/ FIRST AID training (or willingness to obtain)
- Must pass background check and meet state childcare requirements
- Previous experience working with kids
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and parents.
- A patient, creative, and positive attitude, with a passion for early childhood education.
- The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Successful completion of a background check and compliance with state childcare requirements.
