The Customer Supply Chain Planner is responsible for focusing on the customer and understand their expectations, while working internally to deliver an optimized supply chain. This position serves as the voice of the customer within Mark Anthony and will be the linkage between Sales and Supply Chain to deliver the right product at the right time.

Accountabilities:

• Main point of contact for Sales and Distributors to manage the overall order to cash process which includes day-to-day operations and order questions.
• Proactively work cross-functionally internally and externally to monitor SKU movement and inventory levels, provide recommendations on orders, and manage all aspects of order discrepancies.
• Proactively develop and strengthen distributor relationships.
• Partner with sales to support strategic initiatives across the customer base to promote depletions and deliver growth.

Key Metrics & Financial Targets:

• Service: Order Management, Shipment Accuracy
• Cost: Claims Management, Indirect COGS
• Supply Chain Optimization: Inventory Coverage, Obsolescence Management

Own:

• Tactical leadership for the service, demand, and inventory planning for assigned region.
• Product Life Cycle at the Customer: item set-up, item and order maintenance, and transition/end of life planning.
• Distributor relationships.

Influence:

• Establish best practices by leveraging all available data and tools to manage service and inventory levels to most optimal levels.
• Continuous improvement across the Supply Chain internally and externally.

Veto:

• Escalate and work to resolve any roadblock that may prevent order execution.

Critical Stakeholders & Relationships:

• Peers: Customer Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Transportation, and Demand Planning Team
• Business Stakeholders: Sales, Supply Planning, Warehouse Operations
• External Stakeholders: Distributors

Qualifications, Education & Experience:

B.S. Supply Chain, Logistics, and/or Management

3 to 4 years of Customer Service/Customer Collaboration, Logistics, Inventory and/or Demand Planning

Compensation:

Compensation offered to prospective Team Members has taken internal equity into consideration and can vary depending on a positions' location. The final agreed upon wage may vary based on the job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the individual.

• Competitive annual salary $65,000 - $81,000 in Chicago, IL
