What You’ll Do Provide skilled therapy services in accordance with discipline-specific standards and facility expectations. Evaluate, treat, document, and help patients/residents improve function, independence, safety, communication, mobility, and quality of life. Collaborate with rehab leadership, nursing, facility teams, families, and care partners. Step into the assignment with professionalism, flexibility, and a patient-centered approach. What We’re Looking For Active or eligible WI license for Physical Therapist / PT. Prior SNF, LTC, assisted living, or post-acute experience preferred / New Grad Acceptable Travel experience preferred but not required for the right clinician.
