Direct Manager Direct Reports: The Workday Analyst at SRS Heritage Group reports directly to the HRIS Leader. This position does not have any direct reports and functions as an integral team member within the HR department, focusing on optimizing the Workday system for the organization. Minimum Qualifications: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Certification and Workday Proficiency: Workday PRO Certification or a minimum of 3 years of experience in one or more of the following Workday modules: Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation Workday Benefits Workday Performance Management and Talent Technical and Operational Expertise: Demonstrated advanced technical aptitude in Workday systems. Strong understanding of HR operations with experience handling HR data.
