Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health - $62+ per visit

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide home health visits, assessments, and admissions for adult patients in Dover, Delaware. The position is ongoing, full‑time or part‑time, and performed within Dover, Camden, and Magnolia territories. Responsibilities Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient needs. Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories. Perform assigned duties including the administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures. Monitor clients' conditions and report changes to the Clinical or Client Services Manager. Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders. Perform client assessments as necessary. Engage in case management and coordination. Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing state‑of‑the‑art touch‑pad tablets. Qualifications Current license as a Registered Nurse in Delaware. Minimum of one year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience. Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, verifiable by transcript or diploma. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong interpersonal skills. Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred. Ability to travel to cases as assigned. Benefits Paid holidays, vacation and sick leave.
