What You'll Do:

• Assist with complex Cardiology and Structural Heart procedures, including PCIs, TAVR, Watchman, Septal Closure, Ablations, and Coil Embolization
• Scrub for procedures requiring structural heart and TAVR experience
• Monitor patients using PA lines and telemetry
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth procedural flow
• Maintain sterile technique and assist with device handling
• Support the team in emergent and scheduled cardiac interventions
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols

What You Need:

Required:

• Certified RCIS or ARRT certification
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Cardiology or Cath Lab setting with structural heart scrub experience
• Ability to perform procedures such as balloon angioplasty, stent placement, thrombectomy, Impella insertion, and cardiac catheterization
• Strong knowledge of EKG/Rhythm interpretation
• Willingness to be available for callback, weekend call, and floating as needed

Preferred:

• Experience with Watchman procedures, septal closures, ablations, and coil embolization
• Skilled in circulating, IV starts, and conscious sedation

Join a high-performing Cath Lab at a leading healthcare facility in Charlotte, North Carolina, specializing in complex Cardiology procedures and structural heart interventions. The unit uses EPIC and MAC Lab systems and conducts some of the most advanced cardiac procedures, including complex PCIs and TAVR.
