Family Medicine NP: Telehealth Hybrid Clinic, Flexible Hours

Banner Health seeks an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner for a clinic-based telehealth role at Banner Health Center Plus in Glendale, AZ. This on-site position offers the flexibility of telehealth visits for established patients with support from a collaborative team. Responsibilities include conducting telehealth visits, managing a care-coordination inbox, and coordinating with on-site staff. Requirements: FNP designation, AZ license eligibility, DEA prescriptive authority, and at least 1 #J-18808-Ljbffr Banner Health
