We Are Hiring Location: Milwaukee, WI Facility: St. Francis Hospital Department/Specialty: Med Surg Schedule: Full-time | Night Shift Sign-On Bonus: Available What You Will Do Oversee and execute personalized care plans to ensure every patient reaches their health goals safely. Maintain patient safety through vigilant monitoring and real-time communication of changing conditions to the medical team. Act as the central coordinator between all medical disciplines to ensure a seamless and unified treatment experience. Lead the discharge planning process to ensure patients and families are fully prepared for success after they leave our care. What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
