Description

We're looking for ambitious, driven college seniors or recent grads to join our team as Business Development Consultants! We currently have multiple open territories where you would work from one of our office locations.

Estimated total annual earnings: $50,000 $75,000 This salary range is an estimate of total yearly earnings, which may include base salary, bonuses, and other forms of compensation. Actual earnings will depend on various factors such as experience, skills, and performance.

Responsibilities:

Own your territory and generate 100% new business
Set monthly appointments through cold calling, networking, and creative outreach
Maintain a strong prospect pipeline
Work side-by-side with a supportive sales team and experienced managers who invest in your success
Leverage tools like Compass and ConnectWise to track and dominate your sales game

Qualifications

0-2 years of experience in B2B outside sales
Demonstrated fearless cold calling and prospecting is a plus
Entrepreneurial spirit and goal-driven focus
Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate excellent time management skills
Valid driver's license required
Ability to lift, push, pull 30 pounds
Bachelor's degree OR relevant sales experience
Stellar communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
