General Production Operator

12-Hour Shifts | Overtime Available | Manufacturing & Warehouse Experience Welcome

Looking for a hands-on role with steady hours, overtime opportunities, and a variety of responsibilities? We're hiring General Production Operators to support production, packaging, warehouse, inventory, and material handling operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position is ideal for candidates with manufacturing, warehouse, forklift, packaging, assembly, shipping, receiving, or general labor experience.

• Support production, packaging, warehouse, and inventory operations

• Label, tag, bag, palletize, and prepare products for shipment

• Load, unload, stage, and move materials throughout the facility

• Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory tracking

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment

• Support cleaning, organization, and facility upkeep

• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures

• Work both independently and as part of a team

• Assist with seasonal production activities as business needs change

• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

• At least 6 months of manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or general labor experience

• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds

• Ability to stand and remain active for 10+ hour shifts

• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors

• Reliable attendance and dependable transportation

• Ability to work overtime and rotating schedules as needed

• Strong work ethic and attention to detail

• 12-hour shifts

This is a Contract position based out of Durant, IA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
