HR Generalist

Supporting and administering a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compensation, onboarding, training, policy compliance, workman's compliance, attendance, and HR recordkeeping. This role serves as a key resource for employees and managers while helping ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain applicant tracking and recruitment records. Support workforce planning and talent acquisition initiatives. Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback. Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and leave programs. Support performance review programs and goal-setting processes. Identify training and development needs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Maintain accurate employee files and HRIS records. Assist with policy development, updates, and communication. Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation. Monitor attendance records. Maintain accurate report requirements for all accidents. Requirements 2-5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a generalist role. Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr E.C.
