Operations Manager

A rapidly growing service organization is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee field operations in Baltimore, MD. This person will play a critical role in supporting field leaders, ensuring operational consistency, managing business performance, and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. This position offers a blend of leadership, strategy, analytics, and hands-on operational involvement. In This Role, You Will: Lead and develop a team of operational leaders responsible for day-to-day service delivery Analyze business metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction Manage market-level financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control Partner with recruiting and HR teams to support hiring, workforce planning, onboarding, and employee development Build strong client relationships and resolve operational challenges with a service-focused approach Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality, safety, compliance, and team performance Oversee fleet, equipment, and inventory management within the market Champion operational excellence initiatives and lead special projects that support business growth Ideal Background: 5-7+ years of leadership experience in operations, logistics, field services, facilities management, or a related industry Experience managing budgets, reporting, and operational performance metrics Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams Advanced Microsoft Excel and analytical capabilities Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities Bachelor's degree preferred Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the market What We Offer: Quarterly bonus opportunity Vehicle allowance and mileage reimbursement Opportunity to grow within a dynamic and expanding organization This is a field-based leadership position requiring regular travel throughout the assigned territory.
