At Nicolet National Bank, we believe that our people are our most valuable asset, and we are committed to investing in their growth and development.The IT Support Specialist I position will maintain and improve the technical systems to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work. As an IT Support Specialist I, you will:Provide technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workstation performance.Provide answers to users by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding users through corrective steps.Ensure the smooth operation of hardware systems by coordinating maintenance and repairs for personal computers.Installing new software and hardware components.Support the day-to-day operations of our computer network.Uphold Nicolet's philosophy and policies by maintaining appropriate controls to ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, thereby fulfilling legal responsibilities and enhancing the quality of services provided by Nicolet.Understand and communicate the value of diversity within the workplace and to work successfully with others without regard to age, gender, race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, culture, religion, disability status, socioeconomic status, or other non-job-related classification, including a commitment to Nicolet's policies on equal employment opportunities and non-discrimination with a willingness to pursue efforts of inclusion and respect toward different perspectives.Perform all other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Pursuing/completed a two year or four-year degree in Information Technology or related fieldExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening.Good organization, time management and prioritization.Efficient troubleshooting abilities.Great customer service and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated and resourceful with strong research skills.Ability to travel to different locations.Ability to work fully in office.Benefits:Medical, Dental, Vision, & Life Insurance401(k) with a company matchPT0 & 11 1/2 Paid Holidays
