- Coordinate with Legal on contract-related terms and conditions for new strategic Federal and State contracts and opportunities. Assist in identifying exceptions.
- Collaborate heavily with key internal business partners (e.g., sales organization, finance, legal counsel).
- Maintain accurate records and files related to each contract.
Secondary responsibilities include compliance activities and process improvement.
- Develop, implement, and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and training programs related to government contracting.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments of contract files, pricing structures, and labor charging practices.
- Support external government audits and lead the preparation of necessary documentation and responses.
- Respond to compliance inquiries from internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to ongoing development of best practices and streamlining of processes and tools, including the use of AI.
- Support contract administration and compliance projects and initiatives, working closely with the Manager of Contract Administration and Compliance, and key internal partners.
