Responsibilities Sales Generation and Customer Acquisition Actively prospect and generate new sales leads through various channels, including inbound calls, walk-in traffic (if applicable), community outreach, and targeted sales campaigns. Clearly and persuasively communicate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Vistabeams’ wireless and fiber optic internet services. Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements (e.g., speed, data usage, budget) and recommend the ideal service package. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance metrics. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact through service activation. Customer Relationship Management Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with potential and existing clients. Handle customer inquiries regarding service options, pricing, promotions, and installation processes. Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of sales opportunities using our CRM system. Serve as the primary point of contact during the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth transition to the installation and technical support teams. Product Knowledge and Compliance Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of all Vistabeams’ products, pricing structures, promotions, and technology. Stay informed about competitor offerings and industry trends to effectively position our services. Ensure all sales activities and customer data handling comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of experience in a direct sales, retail sales, or customer service role, preferably in telecommunications, technology, or a related field. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Knowledge of internet technologies, including the differences and benefits of wireless and fiber optic connectivity.
