They troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems, and complete assigned preventive maintenance. Compensation Make up to $48 per hour with tools, resources, and training. Competitive base salary and bonus program that rewards hard work and customer service; top technicians make over $100,000 per year. Eligible for a sign‑on bonus of $10,000.
