Description Team Fishel is hiring an Electrical Foreman - Overhead Distribution for our Efland, NC office. The Foreman will be responsible for assisting the supervisor by leading field crews to meet project goals in a safe manner. Responsibilities Lead various sized projects Ensure accuracy of timesheets and expense reports Develop work‑around procedures to maintain crew productivity during delays caused by other trades, customers, lack of materials, absenteeism, etc. Monitor quality assurance and ensure installations meet customer specifications and industry standards Ensure safety practices are observed by all crews during their work Report, coordinate and supervise all aspects of a project May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, or quality assurance Requirements & Qualifications Demonstrated extensive overhead electrical distribution construction experience Previous experience working from blueprints and specifications High school education or equivalent industry courses Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Benefits Health Insurance Wellness Program Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Program Profit Sharing Paid Leave Benefits Teammate Assistance Program Additional Information Team Fishel offers excellent industry training and a career development path for our teammates.
