We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Caregiver to join our team in the area. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in patient care, home health, and senior support, with a focus on creating a safe, supportive environment for individuals with diverse needs. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing personalized assistance and compassionate support.

Hourly Caregiver – Requirements & Qualifications

• At least 6 months of caregiving experience preferred

• PCA or CNA certification encouraged but not required

• CPR and First Aid certification preferred/recommended

• Must be an Alaska resident

• Valid driver's license preferred

• Reliable transportation preferred

• Compassionate and empathetic attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Reliable, responsible, and dependable

• Ability to assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs)

• Ability to provide personal care and companionship

• Able to assist with bathing, grooming, toileting, meal preparation, and light housekeeping

• Able to assist with mobility and transportation needs

• Willing to complete required pre-employment screening and background checks

• Must be willing to attend required orientation and training
