As a Service Manager, you will work full-time with flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require. You will need to manage your team to ensure adequate coverage across all service hours, adapting to seasonal and promotional events as they arise.

YOUR DAY

As a Service Manager, you will lead and inspire your service team, recruiting, training, and coaching associates and supervisors to maintain exceptional customer service standards. You will resolve escalated customer complaints and complex service issues, always striving to enhance customer satisfaction. Monitoring customer feedback and service metrics, you will implement improvements and prepare operational reports. Your day will also include overseeing the service desk, managing inventory and supplies, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting store sales goals through effective customer engagement. Collaboration with other department managers will be essential as you work to improve operational efficiency and support promotional events and seasonal initiatives. You will handle documentation, support loss prevention, and ensure your team is cross-trained and ready to step in wherever needed!

WHAT'S REQUIRED?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years in retail customer service or operations
• 1+ year(s) in a supervisory or management role
• Experience with retail operations, POS systems, and cash/inventory oversight
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills
• Effective delegation and team management
• Professional conflict resolution and customer complaint handling
• High service standards and attention to detail
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Project and workflow management in a fast-paced environment
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25-50 pounds, and operate necessary equipment

A bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
